Whether your client is initiating a group benefits plan for the first time or they are transitioning from another carrier, it is critical to manage the onboarding process closely and to set expectations clearly to get your client started on the right footing. That’s why we’ve created this handy infographic so you know exactly what you, your client and Equitable Life need to do to ensure a smooth transition. We’ve broken it down for you into five milestones:

  1. Master application completion
  2. Sale approval and confirmation
  3. Plan member communications and benefit selections
  4. Plan Administrator welcome and training
  5. Plan Member welcome

We will work closely with you and your client to make the transition as seamless as possible.
